Barnoldswick Independent Methodist Church
||Independent Methodist Church Barnoldswick BB18 5PS
The Church is one of the Colne & Nelson Circuit of Independent Methodist Churches, each managed individually by its Members, but part of the national I.M. Connexion. The form of service is generally Methodist, but with unpaid Ministers and usually a different preacher each week from the Circuit and other churches.
The Chapel is a Grade II* Listed Building situated in a Conservation Area in an older part of the town, with a large adjacent Sunday School and small public car park. Erected in 1892 it is now the only remaining Victorian chapel in the town and is currently receiving some restoration with the help of English Heritage.
Services are currently being held in the Sunday School, which now has disabled access and facilities.
Sunday Services at 10:30am (Children leave during the Service for their own Sunday School lessons, except the first Sunday each month, which is Family Worship). Brownies on Tuesdays at 6:15pm
A WARM WELCOME IS AWAITING YOU.
