Titchmarsh the tup is a mascot for the Barnoldswick in Bloom initiative.
When he's not busy with his flock of ewes, Titchmarsh takes a keen interest in gardening. His field has its own hanging basket and he helps look after the garden next door.
Titchmarsh and other texcels are helping Barnoldswick bloom by promoting the use of wool instead of moss to line hanging baskets.
If used commercially, wool lined baskets could provide a new market for the hill farmers who keep sheep around Barnoldswick.
In 2011, wool lined baskets were planted up as part of a community planting project and hung on the lamposts in the Wellhouse Road car park.
Titchmarsh is very proud of the part he is playing to improve Barnoldswick. He says, "Barnoldswick in Bloom is for everybody - it's for ewe!"
